Intellectual Freedom Blog
Intellectual Freedom Blog is the blog of the ALA Office of Intellectual Freedom. I am a contributor every six weeks beginning in December 2015. I primarily focus on current topics in intellectual freedom with a special interest in privacy and the right to be forgotten. An index of my articles can be found here.
GLBT News
I was the editor of GLBT News, the news-blog of the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender Round Table of the American Library Association. I spearheaded the redesign from a quarterly PDF newsletter into a weekly blog in January 2014, and I was a principal contributor until June 2016. On a typical week, I wrote between 6-8 stories for the blog, usually news synopses, association news, and personal op-eds.
